I have been working for some large companies delivering individual coaching sessions to their employees as part of their personal development plan. This is extremely rewarding work as I see my clients making great changes in their professional and personal lives. My coaching is particularly useful in helping employees to resolve disputes between their colleagues.
How this works
I hold an introductory session and invite anyone who may be interested in Life Coaching. This gives people a chance to meet me and I show them some simple techniques that I will use with them during their one to one sessions with me.
